Customer Care Manager - Warner
I’ve worked for Warner Leisure Hotels now for 7 years and I the Customer Care Manager. I support, motivate and coach our teams to deliver the best possible sales and service experience to our guests. I started at Bourne Leisure as a Holiday Sales Advisor for the Haven brand and embraced every development training programme open to me, and there have been many! These enabled me to develop my skills and I have progressed through the company to my job today. It is really rewarding in turn to be able to coach and develop my team and see them progress. This is a great place to work if you have a ‘can do’ attitude, enjoy working in a fun environment with likeminded colleagues! What I love most here is the people and our lovely guests who we help to buy great holidays. We are like a big family where everyone cares for each other.
