Team Leader - Butlins
I have been working for Butlins for 10 amazing years! In my role I am really lucky as I get to recruit and train new team members, so I get to build relationships with some incredible individuals and see them grow. I also lead a team who look after Social media, live chat and e-mail. Coaching is a big part of my role too so there is always plenty to do! I am also a Navigator which means I help to develop the culture within our team that makes us so successful. I started as a Customer Care Advisor for Warner and then came to Butlins as Team Leader- over 10 years I have learnt so many different skills which have bought me to where I am now. What I love most about my role is my team, our guests and knowing that the experience that we offer creates such precious lifetime memories. To anyone thinking of joining our business I would say - go for it! Everyone here is so welcoming and determined to help everyone get the best from their time with us so there is always support there for you.
