Our brands (Haven, Butlins and Warner Leisure Hotels) are amongst the most recognised within the UK holiday market, and we own and operate leisure assets on 6,500 acres of some of the best real estate in the country. Over 4 million families come on holiday at one of our parks, resorts or hotels every year and we aim to give our guests an exceptional experience.
Our purpose is to provide products and services to our holiday home owners and holiday guests so that they can enjoy the Bourne experience in a safe, secure and appealing environment.

As part of our commitment to our owners and guests, we invested some £94 million in 2013 on improving the accommodation and facilities at our resorts. We have 6,000 team members that work across our 3 brands which rises to nearly 14,000 in our busy (peak) periods. The majority of our team work for a particular brand including those that work at our Support Centre based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. We also have a number of team who work across all our brands and ultimately the aim and purpose of our Hemel Support team is to support the operation in areas such as our Creative Studio IT, HR, Sales, Commercial and Finance with the overall aim and purpose of supporting an exceptional guest experience.
