Located at our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead, our call centre has over 30 people in Holiday Sales Advisor and Customer Care Advisor roles taking holiday bookings for Warner Breaks. You’ll be part of a very lively team with regular competitions and incentives, with Haven and British Holidays as well as the Butlins Call Centre in the same building as the Head Office Teams of all the Bourne Leisure Ltd brand names, so there are plenty of opportunities for development and progression.
As a key member of the lively holiday sales team your focus will be to deliver excellent customer service and sales at all times. Your aim is to approach customers with a problem-solving attitude and to treat every customer as an individual. Your objective will be to deliver holiday sales targets as set by your Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities;
- Provide information and help to ensure customer needs are met
- To make targeted outbound calls with regard to promoting
specific sites, dates and special offers
- Achieve sales targets
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry
