Our dedicated call centre is at the heart of our business. Handling over 900,000 calls a year, they deliver first class customer service to help holidaymakers from all corners of the UK book their well-earned break with Bourne Leisure. And because every customer is different, we tailor our service to suit their requirements, rather than using a script.
Based at Bourne Leisure’s head office in Hemel Hempstead, the call centre team comprises approximately 150 members and enjoys a fun, friendly working environment which offers fun days and performance-based incentive schemes, not to mention excellent opportunities for career development and training.
Upon joining the team you’ll receive 3 weeks of induction training, giving you a thorough introduction to our products, services and reservation system, while building on your telephone and customer advisory skills. Once you’ve completed your induction, you’ll have the full support of a dedicated team leader, regular appraisals and plenty of opportunities for further career development. And for those keen to progress to supervisory and management level, there’s excellent in-house training programmes. So whatever your ambitions, we can offer you excellent prospects.
