Purpose of Role

Butlins Call Centre Holiday Sales Advisors - have you got what it takes?

Full time (evenings and weekends) *Immediate start*

We are looking for successful team players to join our Butlins Hotline team who have the passion to deliver excellent customer service and sales at all times. You will support our customers and have a flexible, problem-solving attitude. You will be focused and motivated to achieve your holiday sales targets agreed by your Team Leader.

Whether you’re helping them find the perfect holiday, making sure it’s well planned in advance or dealing with any enquiries they may have, you’ll always have the same core goal - enabling everyone to get the very most out of their Butlins experience!
 

Requirements

Our call centre is open 9am - 9pm 7 days a week so full time advisors will be expected to work a minimum of 37½ hours a week, 5 days a week including weekends and late shifts.
